11.2.1

Break the work down into manageable, measurable and achievable tasks related to outcomes

Evidence Examples:

SMART targets

By this date you will have finished that task and the evidence will be in the form of x, y and z.

Course team minutes

Indications of agreement that tasks are consistent with overall strategy and realistically achievable (assuming no comments or doubts expressed to the countrary!)

Project Application

You will have specified these - but they may need amendment since.

About This Element

It is important to demonstrate your role in setting targets for task completion and noting the stages required for some. It may have been a colleague who completed the Project application so that document may not be appropriate for your evidence. The whole task of presenting information to a class, however, involves the skills required so it may well be the case that your role in the project will involve planning a certain section of activity.
