About This Element

Evidence of your own skills, and training needed will have been provided in 11.2.3. This element concerns the other team members and the extent to which you satisfied yourself that they either had the appropriate skills and arranged further training to make up any shortfall. To a lesser extent this could also be read as touching upon consideration of others, like students participating in trials during your project, or other tutors acting as 'guinea pigs' but, if that is the case, evidence under 11.1.4 should help to cover that aspect. To a great degree, arranging for team members to take advantage of training by LSN and attending and participating constructively in e-learning events and workshops, plus attendance records at training sessions delivered by yourself will go along way towards covering this element.
