How Can I Do It?
That’s the title of what could be the e-Learning Event Of The Year! Well, I would say that, I suppose, as I’m one of the small team of dedicated mad people organising it. To be held at North Hertfordshire College’s excellent new Stevenage Centre on 7 July 2004, the focus is well and truly NOT on being told what to do, pedagogical theory or which box to tick to get Grade 3 at Inspection. It’s all about normal practitioners sharing things that they are developing, and which they find work well with students, in the e-learning field.

The event is the 4th ILT Fair arranged by the Eastern Region e-Learning Forum -

– an active and thriving association of practitioners from FE supported by the JISC Regional Service Centre, LSDA and NILTA.

There’ll be refreshments, stands of all shapes and sizes, gadgets being demonstrated and free things to take away.

In fact the whole day is free of charge thanks to North Hertfordshire College, LSDA, RSC-e and maybe some more sponsors who don’t yet know they’re helping to pay for it.

Spaces are expected to go fast so book your place now! Contact me and I’ll put you and your colleagues on the list. (There’s a maximum of 5 people per institution for advance bookings.)
